This week it is vault miracle, And jons short mix. Each week I will be selecting workouts for team kids. These are optional but I recommend it. Each week I will be holding 2 group workouts. One on tuesdays and one on saturdays. These workouts are optional but I highly recommend doing them. I will assign three workouts each week and they will be posted here. This week is jobs short mix, vault, and miracle. Hope you all can come to the group workouts, also if you were not invited please let me know through companion. Ride on! These workouts will all be relatively short so that you all can do your own thing later on.
