This route was added a few years back, and is the UCI Richmond course in reverse(as the route name states). This is an event only route, and is often used in Zwift Racing League. The route starts in the Richmond main pens, then goes up broad street. There is a short climb on 25th street, then you will start the KOM. The KOM is longer than the forward direction, and peaks at 22%. Then you will go through the broadstreet reverse and do a half lap of fan flats, with the monument ave sprint partway through. The best bike for this route is the Cervelo S5 2020 with the DT Swiss. Another good option is an all arounder frame like the Scott Addict or the Pinarello F with the DT Swiss disc wheelset. For those who do not have these top frames, the Tron is still a very good option for this course.
