Almost a year ago I created this route that I call the “Epic 8”. The route begins at the Road to Sky start. Immediately after you log into the game, flip a U-turn towards the Epic KOM Bypass. Once you hit the Epic KOM bypass, take the bypass to cut across the Epic KOM. At the end of the Epic KOM bypass, turn left towards the Downtown area. Then, take another left turn to start heading back towards the Epic KOM. Then you will take the Epic KOM bypass again, this time turning right to head up the Epic KOM at the end. After completing the Epic KOM, take the bypass once more and do the small loop around the Epic KOM entry ways before completing the route at the top of the small climb at the start of the Epic KOM Reverse.
This route was introduced awhile back, this route goes through the Volcano Circuit and the Volcano KOM. The route begins at the downtown pens(if you are in an event) and makes its way onto the Volcano Circuit. Once on the Volcano Circuit, you will do a short lap around it before climbing the Volcano KOM(Approx 10-15 min). You’ll descend the KOM to get back onto the circuit with a finish at the Volcano Circuit banner.
This route was introduced a few months back, and before this was a rebel route. A route created by other community Zwifters. The route is now another event only route badge, and it’s worth quite a bit of XP! Here are the details:
The route begins at the Tempus Fugit pens, going through the desert first. You will then head through titans grove, once you get through titans grove, you’ll head through ocean boulevard on your way back to the desert. You will then do that in the opposite direction for the full figure 8 experience! The route ends at the Fuego Flats arch.
This route was introduced in the February game release and will be used for the Tour of Watopia. This route begins in the downtown pens in Watopia. The route first makes its way to Titans Grove where you will tackle the Titans Grove KOM. The climb is pretty short ~2-5 minutes. The route will then take you back through Ocean Blvd to the KOM. The KOM is another short climb. You will then go around to the sprint, then head back into the downtown area. The route takes around 45min – 1hr. I would recommend a good bike for rolling courses, so the Scott Addict RC and some solid all arounder wheels. The Tron is also a very good choice for this route.
This route was introduced in the February game release and will be used for the Tour of Watopia. For events this route starts in the jungle pens, which adds another 2.6 miles to get to the start of the route. For free riding the route starts in the jungle, so there is a very short lead in. This route goes through the main jungle loop and the bypasses that were added in the December 2020 release. The route starts in the Jungle Pens, then makes it way to the main jungle loop, then into the Mayan Bridge area. This is a short crit loop so most events will do this in multiple laps.

How to Access
The only way to access this route right now is to use the Zwift Hacks Zwift Prefs tool. For a quick video on how to use it, head over to this video.
This route originally started as a Rebel Route, and will now be an event only route badge. This route is included in the upcoming Tour of Watopia, so currently that is the only easy way to get the badge. You can also use the Zwift Hacks tools to get onto the route. This route is pretty similar to Legends and Lava, but in a different order. The route will first tackle the Hilly KOM, Titan’s Grove KOM, and finally finishing on the Volcano KOM. The best bike for this route will likely be an all-arounder frame with either a the DT Swiss disc or the Zipp 858’s.
This route was added a few years back, and is the UCI Richmond course in reverse(as the route name states). This is an event only route, and is often used in Zwift Racing League. The route starts in the Richmond main pens, then goes up broad street. There is a short climb on 25th street, then you will start the KOM. The KOM is longer than the forward direction, and peaks at 22%. Then you will go through the broadstreet reverse and do a half lap of fan flats, with the monument ave sprint partway through. The best bike for this route is the Cervelo S5 2020 with the DT Swiss. Another good option is an all arounder frame like the Scott Addict or the Pinarello F with the DT Swiss disc wheelset. For those who do not have these top frames, the Tron is still a very good option for this course.
This route was added in the February game release 1.22.1. This is one of the longest routes that we have seen in Neokyo so far, and goes through most of Neokyo and the outer rim of Yumezi. The route first goes through the Alley Sprint, then the Railway sprint before tackling a short climb. You will then make your way through the Neokyo/Yumezi tunnel, which will take you to the Country sprint. This will lead you to the Temple KOM, the longest segment of this route. You will want to switch to a mountain bike for this portion of the course as it is all dirt. After finishing the Temple KOM you will make your way back to Neokyo. The best bike choice will be the Scott Addict RC or the Pinarello Dogma F with a bike switch on the dirt.
This route was added in the February game release 1.22.1. This route is fairly short and has some rolling hills. This route goes through the flatter roads of Neokyo. The route goes through the Alley Sprint and Tower Sprint, two longer sprints. The best bike for this route will be the most aero frame you have, so I would go with the Cervelo S5 2020 with the DT Swiss Disc wheelset.
This route is one of the flatter routes in New York. Every lap of this route goes through the NY sprint, which is around 8-10 seconds depending on how hard you are going. The route also has a pretty short steep climb, that you should expect to be lots of attacks if racing. One lap of the route takes around 25 minutes while free riding, but around 18 minutes while racing. The best bike for this route is the Venge with the DT Swiss disc wheelset. The Tron is a good choice for this route, but Aero will still beat the Tron.
